The students ages range from 3 years old to 7 years old. The teaching purposes is focus a bottle and create some colors by themselves.

The teaching subject is birds and trees. And then made the different colors by pinball. They moved the pinball with watercolor for background. The kids had fun in this art class.

Large Seal Script class

Large Seal Script resulted in the development of two characteristics: 
First lines of the early lines of uneven thickness becomes even softer, and they draw the line with a very concise and in-kind graphic; second is standardization, and neatly shaped structure is getting gradually left the picture of the prototype, laid the foundation for Chinese Characters.

There are some Calligraphy works from students of Daching Confucian classics studio.Their ages range from 5 years old to 12 years old. I teach them how to writing Large seal script and story of Chinese Philology.

Spring Festival Couplets class in Daching Confucian classics studio

During the Spring Festival every year, all families from both urban and rural areas traditionally handpick a pair of Spring Festival couplets to paste on the door, adding some joyous atmosphere to the festival.  

 There are many students that study Calligraphy in Daching Confucian classics studio. Their ages range from 5 years old to 12 years old. I teach them how to use writing brush and different styles of writing. For beginner, it's not easy to learn Regular script. Especially for kids, they will feel bored from so many rules of this style. So I teach them how to write Oracle bone script (甲骨文）first. And then talk about the story of Chinese Philology. The kids are interested in many styles from different dynasties. And it makes them love Calligraphy so much.
